In Isagenix’s words

The IsaLean® Shake, at the heart of the pack

I do not describe the products in my own words. Here is the description published by Isagenix Canada, quoted as is.

“A convenient, nutrient-dense meal with 24 grams of undenatured grass-fed whey protein or plant-based protein. This delicious shake helps support metabolism, build lean muscle, and helps you feel satisfied longer with 24 vitamins and minerals sourced from whole foods.”

How it is organized

Two kinds of days

Isagenix organizes the program into two kinds of days: Shake Days, and one or two Cleanse for Life days a week. Here is the sample schedule Isagenix publishes on its official product page. It is a general schedule, not a plan made for you.

Shake Day

  • Morning: IsaLean® Protein Shake and Natural Accelerator™
  • Late morning: Adaptogen Elixir or Ionix® Supreme
  • Afternoon: IsaLean® Protein Shake
  • Evening: a balanced meal and IsaFlush™

Cleanse for Life day

  • Morning: Cleanse for Life® and Natural Accelerator™
  • Late morning: Cleanse for Life® and Adaptogen Elixir or Ionix® Supreme
  • Afternoon: Cleanse for Life® and Snack Bites
  • Evening: Cleanse for Life®, Snack Bites and IsaFlush™

Isagenix says the program can be adjusted to your needs. Those adjustments are made with the official guide and, if needed, with your doctor or a dietitian. I do not prepare personalized meal plans.
